You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer support, and enhancing the overall client experience. Job Description What you’ll be doing; Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from our clients (average of 60-70 interactions (blend of calls & emails) daily calls per day, approx 30-40 emails per day) Accurately log client requests into our systems Resolve queries efficiently and professionally Meet client KPI’s and contribute to team targets Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction Support and improve internal processes and procedures What we’re looking for; A natural "people person" who enjoys helping others A confident communicator with a passion for customer service Excellent phone manner and a knack for sending concise emails Strong multi-tasker, juggling different tasks without compromising quality High attention to detail and accuracy, a natural problem solver! Positive attitude, integrity, and honesty Organised, self-disciplined, and a team player Experience in a call centre environment or customer service role (ie, retail or hospitality etc) is a plus but not essential – we’ll provide full training so you can develop your career!
