About the Role This is a leadership role for someone who can deliver strong results while maintaining high standards, integrity and team culture. As Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of display homes and lead a team of Sales Consultants, Cadets, Associates and Assistants, setting clear expectations for performance, capability and culture across your region. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. From analysing competitor activity and market trends, to coaching individuals in live deals, you will ensure your team delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes in a high-volume environment. What You’ll Be Doing Leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Consultants, Cadets & Associates across multiple locations Driving regional sales performance through clear targets, cadence and accountability Using competitor and market insights to shape strategy and improve conversion Building and leveraging strong networks, including referral and community channels Uplifting team capability through structured training, mentoring and in-field coaching Ensuring consistent, honest and values aligned sales practices across the region Embedding and reinforcing process discipline, while identifying areas for improvement.
