Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll contribute to research, analysis, project delivery and continuous improvement activities that support Delta's operational and environmental objectives. What You'll Do: · Develop and implement maintenance, quality and safety strategies to support reliable plant performance. · Conduct research, investigations and technical analysis to identify issues and recommend practical solutions. · Provide technical advice and support to operations and maintenance teams. · Assist with project management activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement and reporting. · Utilise business systems and technologies to support operational and maintenance activities. · Support the delivery of contract works in accordance with quality, risk, WHS and environmental requirements. · Monitor contractor performance and compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards. · Promote a proactive safety culture through issue investigation, continuous improvement and compliance with statutory and corporate requirements. What You'll Bring: · Degree qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Science or a related discipline. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop practical solutions. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely. · A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute within a collaborative team environment. · Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. · A commitment to workplace safety, environmental responsibility and continuous improvement. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an interest in developing technical and project management capabilities.
