We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing team at Brisbane Smile Boutique, a highly regarded boutique practice in Spring Hill that has been delivering exceptional patient care and aesthetic dentistry for over 25 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist with 6–12 months of clinical experience who is looking to further develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will initially work Thursdays and Fridays, with the opportunity to expand their clinical days as their patient base grows. About the Role Part-time position commencing Thursdays and Fridays. Opportunity to increase days as your patient base becomes established. Mentorship and clinical support from our highly experienced cosmetic dentist. Focus on comprehensive general dentistry with exposure to cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. Build long-term relationships with a loyal and engaged patient base. Work within a collaborative team culture that prioritises exceptional patient experiences and clinical excellence. About You Minimum 6–12 months of clinical experience in general dentistry. Passionate about providing high-quality patient care and achieving excellent clinical outcomes. Strong communication skills and a warm, professional chairside manner. Keen to learn and develop your skills in aesthetic and comprehensive dentistry. Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented. Interest in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, composite bonding, and smile makeovers is highly regarded. Practice Facilities Advanced digital workflow including TRIOS scanner, OPG, E4D milling, 3D printing, and comprehensive photography equipment. Modern treatment rooms and state-of-the-art technology.
