Essendon Dental Group is a general dental practice serving families since the 1930s by a third generation of dentists. We are in search of the right Associate Dentist to add to our team for a maternity leave position starting at the beginning of August - Wednesdays and Fridays (start time and days negotiable). Our dentists are paid commission. We pride on ourselves on providing ethical, honest treatment in a friendly and supportive work environment. This is not a preferred provider or a KPI driven practice, some staff have worked with us for 10 years (the record is a receptionist staying 40years!). Our practice is computerised utilising digital x-rays, Trios3 intra-oral scanner, rotary endodontics, surgical motor. We do not offer orthodontics or implant placement and have a long, strong reciprocal relationship with dental specialists in the area. You will be working alongside another dentist and hygienist (i.e. 3 chairs run per day) with support staff (DA, receptionist and hygiene/float DA). Our dentist plans on 9-12 months maternity leave returning with reduced days, however we have the surgery space available for our new dentist to continue beyond this period.
