Working alongside a collaborative team of Research Physicians, Medical Directors, and clinical staff, you will provide expert medical care to participants, ensuring studies are delivered safely and in line with sponsor protocols and regulatory standards. Clinical trial experience is welcome but not essential—this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive research environment while contributing to the advancement of innovative clinical studies. Some of your duties in this role will include; Collaborating with the recruitment and screening teams to identify and screen appropriate participants for specific trials who meet all inclusion criteria. Conducting medical assessments and clinical observations ensuring participant safety and well-being at all times during clinical trial activity. Maintaining appropriate knowledge of study protocols and awareness of progress across all studies. Working with Senior RP’s and Medical Directors in the management and recording of adverse events in line with study protocols and Good Clinical Practise requirements.
