You will lead the smooth operation of the community, foster strong connections with homeowners and stakeholders, and ensure the community runs safely, compliantly and within budget. What You’ll Do Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Halcyon community, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and Stockland requirements Build and maintain respectful, trusted relationships with homeowners, acting as the primary point of contact Coordinate community activities and facilities , supporting homeowner groups and events that encourage connection and belonging Work closely with the maintenance officer, contractors and service providers to meet maintenance, landscaping and operational needs Manage community administration and reporting , ensuring accurate, timely and relevant information Identify and address community issues early , remaining impartial, confidential and solutions‑focused Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance homeowner experience and community wellbeing About You You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people from all walks of life.
