An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tender Specialist or Bid Manager to join a growing organisation operating within the facilities management sectors. This role will play a key part in securing new business opportunities across both public and private sectors by leading the development of high-quality, compliant, and commercially competitive tender submissions. Working closely with operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders, you will manage the full tender lifecycle while contributing to the organisation's ongoing growth strategy. The Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end tender submissions across a diverse portfolio of environmental and facilities-related services. You will analyse tender opportunities, coordinate technical and commercial inputs, develop compelling written responses, and ensure submissions are delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Manage the full tender process from opportunity identification through to submission and post-tender activities Review and interpret RFTs, RFPs and EOIs, ensuring compliance with all client requirements Develop persuasive, high-quality tender responses that clearly demonstrate value, capability, and service excellence Coordinate internal stakeholders across operations, compliance, finance, logistics, and leadership teams Prepare and manage submission schedules, documentation, and procurement portal requirements Assist with pricing and commercial submissions, ensuring competitiveness and profitability Conduct risk assessments and review contractual obligations Maintain tender libraries, templates, case studies, and supporting documentation Analyse tender outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives About You Previous experience in a Tender Specialist, Bid Manager, Tender Coordinator, or Proposal Manager position Strong understanding of government and commercial procurement processes Exceptional written communication and document management skills Experience managing multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously Commercially minded with strong attention to detail Ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders Experience within environmental services, waste management, facilities management, construction, infrastructure, or related sectors will be highly regarded Why join?
