Featuring a welcoming open-air courtyard environment, the restaurant caters to a broad customer base through dine-in, takeaway, pick-up, and delivery services, making it a popular choice for everyday dining, family occasions, and social gatherings. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to support consistent kitchen execution across daily trade, help drive smooth service flow, and maintain strong standards in preparation, flavour, presentation, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present a wide range of dishes in line with the venue’s menu. Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. Support menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and fresh local ingredients. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP). Assist in monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimising wastage. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support smooth operations during service. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a commercial kitchen. Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). Ability to prepare a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
