We are a South Australian owned company specialising in residential l air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation solutions, with a strong focus on customer service, workmanship, and team culture. About the Role: This is a full-time permanent position working across installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of HVACR systems throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area and wider South Australia as required. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems Install electrical components and wiring Inspect and test HVACR systems and components Discuss system malfunctions and solutions with customers Repair or replace worn or defective parts Recommend maintenance and upgrades to improve system performance Complete job records, service reports, and documentation accurately Qualifications & Requirements Relevant qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Current Refrigerant Handling Licence Relevant electrical licences/certifications (where applicable) Current Driver’s Licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in residential and/or commercial HVACR systems preferred
