My family and children are very important to me, and I enjoy spending time with them. I love music, especially singing along to my favourite songs, and I enjoy wearing make-up and stylish clothes to feel confident. I also like baking and cooking and would enjoy support in these activities. I’m looking for someone kind, patient, and positive who can support my independence, respect my choices, and build a genuine connection with me. Your Role in My Journey An Opportunity is available to join my team and help to facilitate my daily life. My support workers assist me on a 1 to 1 basis throughout the day. I am independent and do most things myself however I require assistance with day to day living which includes cooking and meal preparation, household tasks and supporting me with my decision making. I am seeking a Support Worker who is wanting to join a team environment and is passionate about helping people. Your Schedule with Me This role will be on a casual basis but it does require the availability to work 3 -4 passive overnights in a fortnight. What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role NDIS Worker Screening Working with Children Check A current Driver’s License Current First Aid & CPR Certificates Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification (we also welcome applicants without qualifications) What you can expect from us: To get you started, we ensure that you are feeling comfortable and confident in the role.
