To be successful in this role you will possess: At least 2 years in a similar commercial environment Understanding of invoice structures, contract terms, and billing principles Strong administrative, procedural, and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated proactive approach to working independently and within a team Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Excellent written and oral communication skills A knack for solving problems and thinking like a leader Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly How will you support our “Why?” As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers are billed accurately and on time each month. Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day will look like: Generate invoices and credit notes accurately, ensuring all month-end deadlines are met Respond to customer account enquiries with a professional, helpful, and positive approach Support the Sales team with account reviews and provide relevant insights Collaborate with the Billing Manager to review invoices, credits, cancellation requests, and account reconciliations Investigate billing disputes clearly with the confidence to escalate issues where required Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to resolve billing issues Maintain billing systems and ensure data integrity across platforms Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact details Calculate and process contract termination fees and payout amounts Assist with other related tasks as required If this role speaks to you, hit the apply button to submit your application !
