Learn more on DXC is seeking a Personnel Security Coordinator to join our Public Sector Security Team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team that supports government and Defence-related programs. In this role, you’ll help strengthen security governance and compliance practices, supporting the protection of DXC assets and those entrusted to us by our customers. To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a minimum Baseline security clearance and be capable of attaining an NV2 clearance. This is a non-technical administrative role suited to someone with experience in security administration, vetting, or government environments, who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting. Key Responsibilities: Managing security clearance processes, including sponsorship, process tracking, and aftercare Coordinating personnel onboarding and offboarding for public sector projects Maintaining accurate security records, registers, and documentation Supporting physical security processes (access control, visitor management, secure areas) Monitoring the team inbox and responding to security enquiries Assisting with security incident reporting and follow-up actions Conducting travel briefings and maintaining travel registers Supporting DISP compliance, audits, and evidence preparation Delivering security awareness briefings Liaising with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners To be successful in this role you should have: Experience in security, compliance, governance, or administration (ideally in a regulated environment) Understanding of personnel security and clearance processes Knowledge of PSPF, DISP, or Commonwealth security frameworks (desirable) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment A proactive and professional approach Our culture and benefits: DXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
