Per Diem Paid Flights Accommodation 2/1, 2/2 or 7/7 Rotations Available What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be hands-on, working across a variety of mine sites and equipment, including: Maintain, diagnose, and repair high-voltage systems on heavy mobile equipment Troubleshoot and respond to electrical breakdowns in the field and in-pit Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing on OEM equipment (surface & underground)Service and repair electric haul trucks and support equipment Install, maintain, and repair transformers, switchgear, motors, and HV cabling Conduct 24V and HV diagnostics, testing, and component replacement Use testing tools like multimeters, insulation testers, and earth testers Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control circuits Work across major OEMs including Sandvik, CAT, Epiroc, Hitachi, Komatsu Support operations by reducing downtime and keeping machines moving Apply strong electrical safety standards (LOTO, arc flash, PPE) What We’re Looking For 3 years of high-voltage experience on mining equipment (UG or surface) Strong experience with Sandvik equipment (jumbos, bolters, trucks highly preferred) Ability to work FIFO across the U.S. on a 2/1, 2/2, or 7/7 rotation Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in high-pressure environments Valid driver’s license with a clean record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment requirements Experience with automation systems or autonomous mining equipment preferred Exposure to large-scale mining projects or commissioning work preferred MSHA Electrical Certification preferred What You’ll Get Competitive pay plus per diem every day you are away from home Flights, accommodation, and meals fully covered every rotation Your own service truck — no sharing, fully equipped Full benefits: 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance Referral bonuses up to $3,000 Consistent pay reviews and career progression opportunities Work across multiple mine sites and states A team culture that actually delivers leadership from people who’ve worked in the field
