With a strong focus on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement, they are recognised for maintaining high operational standards and investing in their people. Due to ongoing growth and internal development, they are now looking to appoint an additional Production Supervisor. The Role In this role you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production within a specialist manufacturing environment, ensuring output targets are met safely, efficiently and to a high quality standard. You will lead a team on shift, manage production scheduling and resources, and drive a strong safety-first culture across the department. You will also play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, TPM activities and staff development, ensuring processes are optimised and team capability continues to grow. Duties: • Production Supervisor • Oversee daily production activities to meet output targets • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safety-first culture • Maintain quality standards in line with work orders, drawings and instructions • Schedule weekly production runs and manage daily workload planning • Monitor raw material usage and manage departmental stock levels • Inspect and sign off completed work and maintain accurate documentation • Train, mentor and develop production staff • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and KPI performance Requirements: • Experience in a Production Supervisor role • Strong understanding of safety, quality and production processes • Experience with TPM and continuous improvement practices • Hands-on approach with ability to operate tools and equipment If you’re interested just click APPLY for a confidential discussion.
