Morning Shift (6am-2pm) Genuine career progression, training provided and a diverse and Inclusive team! About the role The Boilermaker role is a Full-time position, based at Cecil Park, NSW . Reporting to the Manager at our Bricks manufacturing site, you will be working Monday to Friday 6am-2pm assisting with general maintenance and breakdown work. Ideally, the successful applicant will be required to have a manufacturing or Building background, Boilermaker Certificate , have good attendance and have a strong safety awareness. Duties & Responsibilities Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past. Complete planned maintenance tasks. Fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs. Complete repairs or modifications as requested by your Supervisor. Maintenance related to conveyors, strappers, Kiln rails, extruder, bricks handling machinery, conveyors, bearings rollers etc. Assist with troubleshooting, welding and fabrication task.
