The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader for our LMA Team! As a Team Leader, you will manage a small team of up to six LMA consultants. Your focus is to manage the quality of the team’s portfolio whilst adhering to established Service Level Agreement and Legislative requirements. The role requires you to mentor, coach and provide guidance to a team to become proficient consultants. Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to consultants to enhance their skills and industry knowledge Monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure targets are met consistently Ensure compliance with service level agreements and checking billings Conduct regular reviews of consultants’ portfolios and strategies to ensure positive outcome Hold structured one-on-one meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and development goals with each member of your team on a monthly basis Manage a small caseload to keep up to date with market changes and customer expectations About You 1 years’ experience in the occupational rehabilitation industry (completing and or reviewing labour market reports) High attention to detail Able to mentor and coach new and mature consultants Ability to adjust and make amendments as market changes are implemented Supportive, approachable and solutions focused Open to feedback and development Proven ability to manage time effectively Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement Pinnacle Rehab is an equal opportunity employer.
