We have an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable hands-on industry experience in a temporary casual role running from June to August. This part-time position offers 3 days per week (22.8 hours) and provides exposure to the day-to-day front-line support and operations of a busy IT Managed Services Provider (MSP). The successful candidate will work alongside experienced IT professionals and gain practical experience across a range of responsibilities, including: Providing first-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance Assisting with hardware and software setup, configuration, and maintenance Responding to service desk requests and escalating issues where required Supporting onboarding, user account administration, and documentation tasks Learning MSP processes, customer service best practices, and IT operational workflows Assisting with system upgrades, deployments, and general IT administration This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their technical skills, gain real-world experience, and kick-start their career in IT.
