Atom Resources are currently supporting a contractor delivering a $20m groundwater treatment plant project in the Northern Territory and are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager ASAP. This is a site-based role on a live civil/mechanical infrastructure project, requiring someone capable of managing both delivery and client expectations in a demanding environment. The Role Oversee day-to-day construction delivery. Manage subcontractors, programme and site coordination. Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Drive QA/QC and project documentation processes. Full-time site role (Mon–Fri some Saturdays). About You Previous experience as a Construction Manager / Senior PM. Background across civil, water, utilities, remediation or process infrastructure projects. Strong exposure to mechanical works, pipework, tanks or treatment plants beneficial. Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills. The Opportunity Immediate start. Rate: Negotiable DOE. 3 Months – T2P (long term project).
