We are partnering with a well-known global action sports and lifestyle brand to recruit an experienced Footwear Designer to join their growing product team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded designer to take ownership of seasonal footwear collections, working across concept development, trend research, materials, colour direction, technical design and factory collaboration. You'll play a key role in bringing innovative, consumer-focused products to market while contributing to the ongoing evolution of an internationally recognised brand. The Opportunity Design and develop seasonal footwear collections across multiple categories. Translate brand direction and consumer insights into commercially successful products. Research global trends, competitors, materials and emerging footwear innovations. Create compelling storyboards, presentations and design concepts. Prepare technical drawings and final artwork for offshore manufacturing partners. Collaborate closely with product development teams throughout the product lifecycle. About You Experience in footwear design. Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials and manufacturing processes. Experience within action sports, lifestyle, outdoor or performance categories will be highly regarded. Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills and strong technical drawing capability. Proven ability to develop original concepts that translate into commercially successful products. Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
