About Us Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 16 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria. Our venues include bistros, sports bars, function spaces and gaming areas, each focused on delivering great hospitality experiences within their local communities. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach Creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable gaming environment Handling cash and operating tills accurately and efficiently Supporting venue promotions and loyalty program enquiries Responding to customer concerns professionally and escalating where required Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and ambience of the gaming room Supporting responsible gambling practices and providing information when required What We’re Looking For Great energy and a positive, can-do attitude A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Previous gaming or hospitality experience is highly regarded Essential Requirements Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificates Current Gaming Licence Food Safely and Food Allergen certification, or willingness to obtain A Role That Keeps You Moving This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that may involve standing for extended periods, handling cash transactions, and working across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays Why Join PLG?
