Marketing Events Coordinator at Martian Logic - Australian HR SaaS Platform | Full-Time | About the Role We're a fast-growing Australian HR SaaS platform and we have an opportunity for a high-energy Marketing Events Coordinator to join our growing marketing team as we scale. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys bringing people together. You will own the end-to-end execution of our event strategy, from major industry conferences across Australia to our own webinars and customer events. You’ll play a key role in elevating our brand presence, while driving qualified leads and meaningful connections for our sales team. Duties & Responsibilities : Plan, coordinate and execute in-person industry events across Australia Manage the end-to-end delivery of our monthly/quarterly webinars and virtual events Source and evaluate new event opportunities that align with our target audience (HR leaders and decision-makers in mid-market to lower enterprise with an industry focus on health and education) Manage event budgets, logistics, vendors, registrations, and on-site execution Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and Head of Sales to activate events as demand generation channels (pre-event promotion, on-site lead capture, post-event nurture and follow-up) Coordinate and support the creation of engaging event content, run-of-show scripts, speaker coordination, and promotional campaigns Track and report on event ROI, lead quality, and pipeline influence Represent Martian Logic at events with professionalism and high energy Your Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in event coordination or marketing events (B2B SaaS experience is ideal) A proven track record of successfully managing industry specific in-person and virtual events Well organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management and influencing skills Highly social, outgoing and confident, you enjoy networking and representing a brand in person High energy and a positive attitude, you bring the vibe to the workplace and your events Experience in the HR Tech, SaaS, or HR industry is highly advantageous Based in Sydney with the ability to travel interstate regularly Why join Martian Logic?
