About the Role Coppin Centre is seeking dedicated and empathetic Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our residential aged care team in Melbourne. We are currently recruiting for afternoon shifts, with consistent parttime opportunities available for the right candidates. As a PCA, you will play a central role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You’ll work within a collaborative, supportive team to deliver highquality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
