This opportunity is for part-time positions that will support a range of work periods including morning, evening and active overnight shifts. About Your New Role As a member of our disability services team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality care and independence is embedded in the supports provided and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in facilitating innovative strategies to help customers overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential. In this position, you will support individuals with a disability in a friendly Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals.
