29th May, 2026 Indigeco is recruiting an APS6 Outreach Program Coordinator for our Commonwealth Government client based in Cairns or Cranbrook. This is a 24-month labour hire contract supporting the coordination and management of an outreach provider program within a health and wellbeing service environment. Working under the direction of an Assistant Director, you will support provider engagement, program coordination, quality monitoring, stakeholder communication and complex issue resolution. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain professional relationships with outreach providers, facilitating communication and coordinating program activities Support onboarding, offboarding, information sharing and ongoing provider support across the outreach program Monitor provider performance against quality, safety and service expectations, escalating issues where required Maintain accurate provider records, availability details and program information to support effective service access Review partnership referral requests, assess suitability and provide advice to support appropriate outcomes Act as an escalation point for complex outreach provider matters, complaints and service delivery concerns YOUR REQUIREMENTS Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance Ability to obtain Working with Children and/or Vulnerable People checks prior to commencement Relevant qualification and registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Registered Nurse, Social Worker eligible for AASW membership, or Counsellor with minimum Level 4 ACA registration Strong experience in clinical coordination, outreach program delivery, case coordination, community services, mental health services or similar Ability to problem solve, assess complex issues, apply policy and maintain strong confidentiality and privacy standards ABOUT YOUR PERKS Cairns or Cranbrook based role supporting a Commonwealth Government program Hourly pay rate between $67.24 to $76.36 super 24-month contract opportunity with meaningful work supporting access to health and wellbeing services Opportunity to contribute to provider coordination, quality improvement and community outcomes HOW TO APPLY If you are an experienced clinical, community services or outreach program professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills, we would love to hear from you!
