About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of a positive people experience across Baseline . Based in Perth and reporting to the Business Support Manager, this role calls for someone who is passionate about providing hands-on support across the employee lifecycle and delivering best-practice HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate day-to-day HR support and guidance Assist with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding Maintenance of employment contracts including any associated amendments and employee records Support managers in the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and Awards Assist with HR and WHS compliance tasks and reporting Assist with injury management requirements, including claim administration and supporting the return-to-work process Essential Duties Deliver consistent, high-quality HR support to both employees and leaders Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with privacy and workplace legislation Escalate complex HR or compliance matters to senior management when required Actively contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and employee engagement programs Qualifications and Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR Coordinator role, preferably within the labour hire or mining industries A proactive mindset, strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment Understanding of the Fair Work Act and NES, along with previous experience interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements Key Skills and Attributes Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver on competing priorities Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in HR documentation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and professional approach Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Why Join Us?
