We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Piling Manager to join a growing civil and geotechnical contractor delivering piling, excavation, earthworks and concrete construction projects across Queensland. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on-site, leading crews, running multiple projects, and playing a key part in growing a business. You'll have the opportunity to build and mentor teams while working closely with senior management to expand our Queensland operations. What's on Offer Opportunity to help grow and shape a Queensland-based operation Diverse piling, excavation and civil construction projects Supportive leadership team with long-term growth plans Competitive salary package and vehicle Long-term career progression opportunities The Role Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for: Managing and supervising 2-3 projects concurrently Coordinating site crews, subcontractors and plant Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification Overseeing piling, excavation, shotcreting, capping beam and associated civil works Managing site productivity, quality assurance and project documentation Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships Assisting with recruitment and development of site personnel as the Queensland team expands Operating machinery and supporting site activities when required About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Proven experience supervising piling, foundation, civil or geotechnical construction projects Strong knowledge of piling operations, excavation works and concrete construction Experience managing multiple sites and crews simultaneously Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside your team Strong understanding of site safety, QA and project documentation requirements Ability to use computers and complete electronic QA and site reporting systems Existing industry contacts and networks within Queensland would be highly regarded A desire to contribute to the growth of a developing business Essential Tickets & Licences Current Driver's Licence Dogging Licence Excavator competency/ticket Experience operating piling rigs and/or 60t cranes Construction White Card Open to discussing Salary or Hourly rate options.
