Our client is an established and expanding residential builder specialising in architecturally designed custom homes across Sydney. With approximately 10-12 live projects ranging from high-end renovations through to multi-million-dollar new builds, they are seeking a commercially minded Contracts Administrator to support the continued growth of the business. The Role Working closely with the Director, Estimating team and Site Managers, you will play a critical role in the commercial management of multiple luxury residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. Key responsibilities include: Procurement and letting of subcontractor and supplier packages Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor quotations Preparing and administering subcontract agreements Managing project budgets, variations and cost tracking Assessing subcontractor progress claims and payment schedules Preparing scopes of work and procurement schedules Identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing project risks Working closely with Site Managers to ensure materials and trades are delivered on time Producing cost reports and commercial updates for management About You To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator or Estimator within residential construction Exposure to custom homes, luxury residential or high-end project home construction Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and cost control Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen Experience using construction software such as Databuild, Buildxact, Procore, Cheops or similar is advantageous What's on Offer Join a growing builder with a healthy pipeline of luxury residential projects Work alongside experienced construction professionals in a collaborative team environment Exposure to some of Sydney's most exciting custom home projects Long-term career progression as the business continues to expand Competitive salary package based on experience This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused construction professional looking to establish themselves within a reputable luxury residential builder and play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth.
