Job Description Day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration and support Manage access, security, data, integrations, and environments Provide L2/L3 support including end-user engagement and call handling Ensure adherence to governance, change control, and compliance Maintain runbooks, documentation, and monitoring practices Support handover, knowledge transfer, and testing activities Provide reporting, insights, and continuous improvement recommendations The Successful Applicant A successful ServiceNow System Administrator should have: ServiceNow System Administrator certification (mandatory) Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration Experience across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB and service catalogue Strong support experience in enterprise environments Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work autonomously in a support environment Experience in end-user support and call handling Must be eligible for security clearance (citizenship requirement applies) What's on Offer Competitive daily rate Temporary role providing flexibility and potential for career development.
