Job Description Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and cyber security requirements Translate cyber/security needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation Develop current and future state process maps and identify enhancement opportunities Conduct risk, impact, and gap analysis across systems and workflows Support delivery of cyber initiatives including security uplift, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive outcomes Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with security frameworks and governance standards Assist with testing, validation, and implementation support (UAT) The Successful Applicant A successful Business Systems Analyst should have: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in cyber, security, or digital/ICT environments. Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modelling. Ability to bridge technical cyber concepts with business needs and stakeholders. Experience with risk assessment and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, or similar) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. Highly Desirable Experience in identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, or cyber uplift programs Exposure to large-scale or government environments Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Cyber Security What's on Offer Daily rate ranging from AUD 950 to AUD 1050 a day Temporary role based in Brisbane City.
