They deliver projects across a wide range of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation, health and mixed-use developments, typically ranging from $20M–$300M. Due to continued project growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team and sit on a project valued at $120M. The Role: Commercial management of one major project Working closely with the Project Manager and site team Managing procurement, subcontract administration, variations and cost reporting Perks & Rewards: Join a contractor with strong financial backing Exposure to major projects up to $300M Well-resourced project teams with strong site and HSE support Collaborative and supportive culture Strong and secure WA project pipeline Opportunity to step into a broader leadership role Lucrative salary package dependant on experience About You: Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Experience managing projects $80M as the commercial lead. Previous main contractor experience is essential Local experience and key relationships with the local supply chain. 10yrs experience working in commercial building Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills.
