Boilermaker / Welder – Leading Hand Henderson, WA Day Shift | 10 Hour Days | Potential Weekend Work Airswift is currently partnering with a leading engineering and fabrication business in Henderson, WA, seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Welder Leading Hand for an immediate start opportunity. This position is suited to a trade-qualified professional with strong fabrication and welding capability, previous leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with tradespeople, supervisors, and apprentices. Key Responsibilities Lead workshop crews in daily fabrication and welding activities Coordinate workflow and maintain productivity across the team Liaise with trades, supervisors, and apprentices on project requirements Maintain high safety and quality standards Support workshop delivery deadlines and operational targets Requirements Trade Qualified Boilermaker / Welder Strong fabrication and welding experience Previous Leading Hand experience Reliable transport Availability to work 10-hour day shifts and potential weekend work Strong communication and teamwork skills Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months) or willingness to obtain one Must be available for an ASAP start Additional Information Day shift commencing from 6:00am Online inductions required prior to commencement Fire-retardant PPE acknowledgement required before start Immediate opportunity with ongoing work potential ABOUT AIRSWIFT Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
