The Company This leading FMCG manufacturer operates a large-scale, high-volume production facility with a strong focus on safety, quality and operational excellence. With a well-established maintenance function and ongoing investment into plant and equipment, they are looking to appoint a Mechanical Supervisor to support site performance and continuous improvement initiatives at their Rocklea facility. The Role In this role you will take ownership of mechanical maintenance across the site, leading a team of fitters while ensuring equipment reliability, production uptime and safety standards are consistently met. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and wider maintenance team to deliver both reactive and preventative maintenance, while also playing a key role in driving capital projects across the site. This is a hands-on leadership role, working alongside the day shift team (typically starting from 6:00–6:30am), with flexibility required depending on operational demands. You will act as a key point of contact for mechanical expertise, supporting both production and maintenance teams to achieve site objectives across safety, quality and output.
