We're partnering with a leading organisation on a major asset management transformation. You'll lead the re-imagining of Plan-to-Maintain and Work Management to lift frontline productivity, safety, reliability and compliance — owning transformation agendas from problem definition through to realised benefits. You'll facilitate executive workshops, develop board-ready roadmaps and investment cases, and drive Lean, automation and AI-enabled process redesign, with platforms such as SAP as key enablers. Required Skills & Experience: 10–15 years' experience in strategy, transformation or consulting-led roles within complex organisations. Demonstrated leadership of large workstreams or programs with measurable outcomes (productivity, experience, risk, cost). Experience operating credibly at senior executive level in regulated or publicly scrutinised environments. Demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering and continuous improvement methods. Experience using enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, EAM, Ariba, Signavio, LeanIX, Reltio) to enable redesigned business processes and operating models.
