We're looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our growing team on a flexible, part-time basis. This opportunity would suit: A marketing, communications or content creation professional; or A professional with strong Canva and social media skills and experience in professional services; or A recruitment professional looking for flexible part-time work and open to working on recruitment marketing inside the business; or Someone who has worked in the legal industry and also has marketing degree or experience. The role: Working one to two days per week, closely with the team you will assist with a range of marketing, content and administrative activities, including: Creating and scheduling LinkedIn content Preparing weekly market updates and industry content Creating Canva graphics and marketing collateral Editing and scheduling short-form video content Updating website content and blogs (that are pre-written for you) Assisting with social media strategy and content planning Monitoring engagement and identifying content trends Managing Google Business Profile updates and reviews Assisting with general marketing administration Ideally, you will: Have 2 years' experience in social media and marketing roles within reputable organisations. Hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Be highly proficient in Canva and confident creating engaging visual content. Be proficient in Canva Have experience in using the LinkedIn platform Have experience in editing short videos Previously worked in an environment where you are scheduling content Have strong written communication skills Be organised and able to work autonomously Have an eye for detail and branding consistency Be comfortable managing multiple routine deadlines You'll be supported every step of the way, with full training, mentoring and guidance provided on all aspects of the role specific to our business. While not essential, experience in recruitment or legal services will be highly regarded!
