Job description Multiple Federal Government opportunities in Surry Hills, Parramatta and Chatswood ASAP start, Contract until 31 December 2026 $37.36 per hour super The APS3 Participant Support Officer provides administrative, procedural and operational support within a high-volume service delivery environment, supporting participants and stakeholders with quality service and accurate processing of information. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Frontline contact via phone, email, reception and in person Respond to enquiries using systems, scripts and guidelines Manage calendars, inboxes, appointments and scheduling Administrative support including data entry, record keeping and document processing Coordinate meetings, travel, invoices and office support tasks Escalate complex issues to senior staff Maintain accurate records and service delivery standards Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Customer service, administration or service delivery experience Disability sector or participant-focused service delivery (desirable) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Empathy, professionalism and resilience in sensitive interactions Ability to triage enquiries and apply procedures and judgement High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills Commitment to inclusion, diversity and quality service delivery To Apply: In order to be considered applicants are required to hold an Australian Citizenship.
