GP owned and run practice. Your own beautiful consult room. Seacliff Healthcare is a GP owned busy family medical practice located in the heart of Thirroul. Our facilities are beautiful, with solid oak desks, leather chairs, marble reception desk and natural light. We are offering medical consulting suites to suitably qualified General Practitioners to set up practice in the beautiful Northern Illawarra. Ours is a welcoming and positive work environment with caring, friendly staff and respectful, supportive relationships between doctors. There are dozens of cafes/restaurants and a patrolled surf beach within walking distance. We are located beside Thirroul train station and there is parking nearby. Currently we have 5 GPs working at Seacliff but will shortly have space for up to 2 more. We have full IT support, practice nurses , onsite Pathology and are Agpal accredited. There are opportunities for teaching medical students and after hours work at the practice for interested doctors. Doctors are free to bill as they wish, but generally we charge a $49 gap for private patients. The percentage of private paying patients is relatively high. There are regular meetings for staff and doctors and regular holidays are encouraged. We subscribe to the Wollongong Radiodoctor service so after hours care is covered. We use Best Practice medical records and HotDoc online bookings and telehealth. The practice charges a service fee of 30%, ie doctors keep 70% of their billings.
