In Home GP is seeking General Practitioners to join our team in providing accessible and quality health care services in home during business hours. Casual GP services required for 2-3 hours a week in the southern suburbs of metropolitan Adelaide on either a Thursday and/or Friday, hours of work can be flexible. Our face to face consults in home are accompanied by Registered Nurses for support and peace of mind. Our service provides both in home GP services as well as Telehealth services. The balance is approximately 40% in home and 60% telehealth for our clients who are repeat customers of this service. Your role will involve • Providing telehealth, in home consultations in community and in retirement villages with direct support from registered nurses. • Diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, including chronic disease management, acute conditions, sexual health, mental health, sleep disorders, skin conditions, and preventive health. • Providing follow-up care for patients, ensuring continuity of care rather than one-off consultations. • Providing care plans with assistance from the nursing team. • Working remotely using our cloud-based practice management system, with real-time support from Medical Director software.
