The Role: You will take ownership of a premium 28 townhouse development located on Sydney's Northern Beaches. This role will see you leading site operations from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. In addition to managing the day-to-day construction activities, you will play an important role in mentoring and supporting junior members of the construction team. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the construction and delivery of a 28-luxury townhouse development • Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site resources • Driving construction programmes and maintaining project timelines • Conducting quality inspections and ensuring exceptional workmanship standards • Managing WHS compliance and maintaining safe work practices on site • Coordinating site activities to ensure efficient project delivery • Identifying and resolving construction challenges proactively • Managing project documentation and reporting requirements • Mentoring and developing junior Supervisors and site-based team members • Working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives About You: You will be an experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background delivering residential projects and a passion for leading teams and mentoring others.
