Responsibilities Role Overview Redpath is seeking experienced Underground Loader / Bogger Operators to support development activities at the Federation Mine. This role suits operators with strong underground experience looking to join a long-term project with a well-established contractor. Key Responsibilities Operate underground Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) / bogger equipment safely and efficiently Perform development bogging activities to support production targets Conduct pre-start checks and report faults or defects Follow traffic management plans, procedures, and supervisor instructions Maintain high housekeeping standards in work areas Complete reports, activity sheets, and safety documentation Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses Contribute to safe work practices and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications About You Proven experience operating underground loaders / boggers Development bogging experience in an underground environment Ability to work in a production-driven team environment Valid manual driver’s licence Strong commitment to safety and compliance Teleremote bogging experience will be highly regarded Why Join Redpath Redpath offers a stable, long-term opportunity where your contribution is valued and your development is supported.
