We're partnering with a fast-growing swimwear retailer to find an experienced Stockroom Operations Manager to lead a critical function within their business. This is a unique opportunity for a retail stock leader who thrives in high-volume environments and understands the importance of inventory accuracy, team performance, and operational excellence. While the role is based within a warehouse setting, we're not looking for a traditional warehouse professional. We're seeking someone who has built their career in fast-paced retail environments, managing large stock volumes, leading stockroom teams, and ensuring product moves seamlessly from delivery through to customer. What You'll Be Doing Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee both stock operations and online fulfilment functions, ensuring inventory is managed efficiently and customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing multiple operational teams across stock and dispatch functions Managing high-volume inventory flow, stock accuracy and replenishment processes Driving productivity, efficiency and performance through clear KPI management Overseeing inbound deliveries, stock receipting and inventory control Ensuring online orders are picked, packed and dispatched within service expectations Identifying and implementing process improvements to support business growth Partnering closely with Retail, E-Commerce and Marketing teams during campaigns, launches and peak trade periods Building a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture Maintaining operational standards, compliance and workplace safety requirements About You We're looking for a commercially minded stock leader who understands the demands of a fast-moving retail environment and knows how to balance people leadership with operational excellence.
