Job Description Provide HSE support and advice across operations. Conduct audits, site/vessel inspections and identify hazards. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with IMS, ISO45001 & ISO14001. Manage risk registers, incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions. Deliver HSE training and complete pre‑mobilisation checks. Liaise with clients on HSE requirements and prepare reports. Maintain HSE records, analyse performance data and support continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (essential). Audit, investigation or training qualifications (desirable). Minimum 5 years' HSE experience, ideally in marine or operational environments. A safety‑focused professional with strong HSE knowledge and experience in audits, risk management and incident investigation. Confident in communicating and influencing safe behaviours across diverse teams and clients. Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
