ABOUT THE ORGANISATION Mane Consulting is representing an NSW government organisation in their search for a Project Manager – Construction, Facilities & Infrastructure to join their team on a 12 month , daily-rate contract basis. The organisation provide a wide range of publicly accessible health related services to thousands of residents across Gosford, the Central Coast and NSW region. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Project Manager – Construction, Facilities & Infrastructure, you will support the construction, refitting and redevelopment of a range of regional health equipment, infrastructure and capital works projects which have a real impact on the lives of local residents. Due to an influx of project requirements, the Projects team are expanding rapidly to increase their delivery capacity. You will work on a hybrid basis from the company’s Gosford offices, travelling to Central Coast project sites when required with the flexibility to work remotely when possible. ABOUT YOU The be successful in the Project Manager – Construction, Facilities & Infrastructure role, you should have: Previous project management experience across infrastructure and construction related projects Full project lifecycle experience, from tender to delivery Expertise in NSW Government project tendering and administration practices, GC21 experience being highly advantageous Strong stakeholder management experience & commercial awareness A track record of delivering projects of up to $10 million in value within time and finance constraints A valid drivers licence with the ability to travel between office and project sites when required Interested in this Project Manager – Construction, Facilities & Infrastructure, (12 month contract) role in Gosford, NSW, Australia?
