Applicants must have the following training and certifications Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116 or TAE40110), or higher We are looking for Casual Trainer/Assessors in the following areas – applicants who do not hold the qualification, equivalent or higher will not be considered: Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) Certificate III in Cleaning Operations (CPP30321) Certificate III in Hospitality (SIT30622) Certificate III in Community Services (CHC32015) Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021) Certificate III in Retail (SIR30216) Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (TLI30325) Certificate IV in Employment Services (CHC41115) Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways (FSK20119) Important Applicants must be able to travel and be available to deliver casual, face-to-face and online training on an “as needed” basis. Skill sets range from one to five days in duration and are typically delivered between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays . What You'll Be Doing: · Facilitating Learning: Deliver face-to-face and/or online learning to a diverse group of learners, providing them with the skills and qualifications they need to thrive in their careers. · Part-Qualifications Delivery: Casually deliver 1 to 5-day Monday to Friday part qualifications across Sureway’s footprint on an as-needed basis. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with learners in different communities. Travel expenses, including hours, kilometres, accommodation, and meals, are all covered. · Operate in accordance with ASQA and other compliance requirements, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of training and assessment. This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens.
