This is a permanent opportunity and will flow into their next project. Responsibilities Managing all finishing trades through to practical completion. Overseeing all aspects of the residential project in collaboration with the site manager Ensuring strict adherence to planning and quality control processes maximising productivity Monitoring on-site safety protocols and procedures Regularly communicating and coordinating with stakeholders Providing guidance and support to site staff throughout all stages of construction Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during construction Requirements Recent experience working in a residential or high-rise environment Carpentry or Fitout background Ability to plan, manage, and sequence finishing subcontractors High level attention to detail Strong leadership and communication skills.
