About Brightwater The Cove Brightwater The Cove is a modern residential aged care home featuring 131 private rooms across seven individual houses. Each house includes its own living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a warm and welcoming home-like environment for our residents. Residents also enjoy beautifully landscaped courtyards and gazebo areas designed to encourage relaxation, connection, and wellbeing. About the Role As a Registered Nurse at Brightwater, you will play an integral role within a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in line with individualised Care Plans, while promoting choice, independence, safety, and quality of life. Available Shifts We are currently offering permanent part-time opportunities across: Afternoon shifts: 3:00pm – 11:15pm Night Duty shifts: 11:15pm – 7:15am Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week . Current roster availability: Week 1 Wednesday & Thursday – Night Duty Thursday – Afternoon shift Week 2 Thursday & Sunday – Night Duty Friday – Afternoon shift Additional shifts may also be available based on operational needs. * About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues A compassionate and person-centred approach to care The ability to lead shifts confidently while mentoring and supporting team members Strong time management and prioritisation skills You will also require: A satisfactory National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old) A current First Aid Certificate and valid CPR A current NDIS Worker Screening Check What Brightwater Offers Brightwater values its people and is committed to supporting your wellbeing and professional growth.
