We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven background in volume home building sales - someone who ideally knows the western suburbs market, understands the buyer, and has a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. This is a newly created position with real scope to shape the sales function for your region. You'll lead a team of Sales Consultants across active projects, driving performance while gaining valuable exposure to built form development alongside construction; an excellent platform for a volume builder sales leader ready to expand their expertise.
