About the Role Reporting to the Head of Planning, the Group Planning Manager plays a pivotal leadership role across Group Corporate, CAPEX and Facilities Management planning, You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management across Australia, while providing direction and commercial challenge to Europe. Partnering with senior leaders, you’ll deliver clear insights, support disciplined investment decisions and produce high-quality reporting for the Executive team and Board. What you’ll be doing Embarking on a 12-month minimum contract Own the Group Corporate, CAPEX and Facilities Management planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting and month-end performance review, ensuring timely, accurate and well-governed outputs Lead the delivery of these processes in Australia and provide direction, support and challenge to Europe as required Partner with functional leaders to challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and improve forecast accuracy across overheads, capital expenditure and facilities-related spend Prepare clear and insightful analysis, reporting and presentations for the Executive team and Board, including variance analysis, investment insights and recommendations Support capital allocation and investment decision-making through robust CAPEX analysis, business case review and post-investment performance tracking Support the planning, reporting and performance management of Facilities Management costs, including lease-related expenditure, AASB16 impacts and associated reporting requirements Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting and modelling processes to improve efficiency, consistency and insight across the Group Provide financial and analytical support on ad hoc strategic, operational and commercial initiatives as required Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted business partner across Australia and Europe What you’ll bring Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance or strategy within a complex, multi-site business Strong ownership of budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders Strong business partnering and influencing skills Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience highly regarded Experience in retail, QSR, FMCG or similar fast-paced environments (preferred) Highly motivated, proactive and outcome-driven Strong attention to detail with clear, concise communication style both written and verbal Energetic, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities Passion for understanding operations and adding value to business performance Strong relationship builder with a collaborative approach Why Join Us?
