The Role: An opportunity has become available for a Facilities & Operations Coordinator or a Junior Facilities Manager to support the day-to-day maintenance, compliance and operational functions across a diverse property portfolio. Working closely with the Facilities team, you will coordinate contractors, manage maintenance requests, assist with asset administration and help ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across the portfolio • Raise and manage work orders through property systems • Review contractor reports and maintain operational records • Coordinate contractor and tenant access requirements • Conduct inspections and monitor building presentation standards • Support asset registers, reporting and documentation management • Assist with compliance activities and operational risk management • Liaise with contractors, tenants and internal stakeholders The Candidate: • Previous experience in facilities management, property operations or maintenance coordination • Exposure to commercial, retail or mixed-use assets preferred • Strong administration and organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders • High attention to detail and a proactive approach • Experience with Yardi or similar property systems will be highly regarded This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property facilities professional looking to further develop their career within a growing and supportive environment.
