About the Role We are seeking a commercially minded FP&A Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team. This role works closely with revenue-generating business units, providing financial insights, modelling, and strategic support to drive decision-making and growth. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives and investment opportunities Develop and maintain detailed, driver-based financial models Build business cases, scenario analyses, and financial forecasts Provide clear, actionable insights to non-financial stakeholders Conduct variance and root cause analysis, presenting findings to senior management Support contract reviews and financial evaluations for commercial negotiations About You Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred) What’s on Offer Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making A fast-paced, collaborative environment Career development and progression opportunities Flexible working arrangements
